Devotional Reflection
God’s call to Abram began not with arrival, but with release. Before there was direction, there was departure. Before clarity, there was obedience.
Release is often the first evidence that God is moving you forward. It is not punishment—it is preparation. What feels like loss may actually be alignment.
If God is calling you to let go, it is because what is ahead requires lighter hands and a freer heart.
Application
What might God be asking you to release so you can move forward with Him?
Prayer
Lord, give me the courage to release what You have finished, and the faith to trust You with what comes next.
